About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead and elevate our clinical care team in Glendale, AZ. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the quality of patient care, mentor nursing staff, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations, staffing, and clinical care delivery to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing staff to build a high-performing clinical team
- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and foster a culture of accountability and compassion
- Analyze clinical data and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree (MSN) preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop nursing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcome tracking
