About the Role:

Project New Generation LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to join our team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed
Implement individualized care plans and document progress and observations accurately
Assist clients with community integration, social activities, and recreational programs
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to supervisors
Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols as directed
Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment that promotes client independence and dignity

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or a related human services field preferred
Valid fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
