About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
- Current national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Experience in primary care, family practice, or related clinical setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
